Three dispositions, five codes, no guessing
Dispositioning is deliberately coarse so your operations team can build a rule on it: act on confirmed,
review possible, ignore clear. The reason code tells your auditor why.
File Format
record_id, first_name, last_name, dob (YYYY-MM-DD), ssn_last4, state. Extra columns are passed through untouched.
Turnaround
Files under 50,000 rows typically complete in minutes. Larger populations run overnight on a schedule you set.
False Positives
Date-of-birth conflict is treated as disqualifying, not neutral. A living junior does not inherit his father's death record.
